New Hampshire Staff

Timothy Sullivan, M. Ed., has been the Institute’s New Hampshire State Director for 23 years. Tim has spent his entire professional career in education and human services in New Hampshire, and is a long-time veteran of the state’s developmental disabilities system. He has served as President of the Private Providers Network of New Hampshire, board member of the Community Support Network, Inc., and the state representative to ANCOR (American Network of Community Options and Resources). Tim’s advocacy at the community, state and national levels has improved services for individuals with disabilities. He holds a master’s degree in education from UNH with a concentration in developmental disabilities, and has completed additional graduate work in developmental disabilities and psychology.

Le’Ann Milinder, Ph.D., the New Hampshire Clinical Director, has worked in the developmental disabilities field since 1987. Dr. Milinder provides clinical oversight for the Institute’s programs and services in New Hampshire. She also works extensively as a behavioral consultant to families and schools implementing early intensive behavioral interventions for autism, developing educational programming for children with disabilities, and addressing challenging behavior. She holds a doctoral degree in Psychology, with a specialty in Behavior Analysis, and a master’s degree in teaching. Dr. Milinder has taught Applied Behavior Analysis and Psychology courses at UNH, New England College, Johnson State College, and Fitchburg State College.

Peg Chaffee, M. Ed., BCBA, serves as Project Director for New Hampshire’s Seacoast region, a position she has held since 1993. She has 28 years of experience working with children with mental health and behavioral challenges and adults with developmental disabilities requiring a wide range of supports. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Peg provides behavioral consultation to area schools and families with children and adults challenged by behavioral issues. She holds a master’s degree from Johnson State College, with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Brad Kent, B.S., Project Director for the Nashua region, has worked in the field of developmental disabilities since 1986. He has held the Project Director position since 1991, overseeing the clinical and administrative operations of the region. Brad’s professional interests include the development of individualized programs for children and adults with particularly challenging behavior, and engineering effective and collaborative communications with families. He serves on the Institute’s Peer Review Committee and teaches its courses on client rights and Social Role Valorization. Brad holds a B.S. degree from UNH in Health Studies.

Michelle L. Cutting, Project Director for the Concord region. Michelle began her work with IPP in 1989. She has held positions as direct support treatment specialist, program coordinator for day program services and senior manager of the Concord team. Michelle was a home provider for an individual served by IPP for five years. As Project Director, Michelle’s specialty areas include administrative process, quality assurance mechanisms and client advocacy. Michelle’s formal training has included course work in psychology, counseling, the developmental disabilities system and ethical practice.
